Payment - All payments are processed through PayPal. You can choose to pay using your Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards or your PayPal account balance if you have a PayPal account established. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase my products as PayPal accepts the credit cards mentioned.

Shipping - Once your payment clears, your item(s) will ship Monday to Friday within 2 to 3 days via Canada Post light packet or small packet ground service. Shipping does not include a tracking number or insurance. If you would like a different method of shipping or insurance/tracking number, please let me know prior to ordering so I may provide you with a shipping quote.

Please note that I am not responsible for items lost or undelivered. Please ensure that you provide me with the correct shipping address when submitting your order.

Customs and Duty - The buyer is responsible for any and all customs and duty charges. As each destination has different policies regarding customs and duties, I am not responsible for any customs or duty charges.

Refunds and Exchanges - If you have any questions about a product, please contact me prior to making your purchase. I hope that you will enjoy your purchase as much as I enjoyed making it. However, if you have any concerns about your purchase after receiving it, please contact me immediately. While I do not offer refunds, I will gladly replace the item or offer you a store credit for future use. In order to receive the full exchange/store credit, all products must be returned to me in an unused condition within 10 days after you receive your item(s). The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred for the returned products.
