~ Orders BETWEEN $50 - $99.99 (excluding shipping charges) are shipped SMALL PACKET and have insurance, if you would like to add tracking please convo for a quote.

~ Orders OVER $100 (excluding shipping charges) will ship insured and tracked, using either International Parcel or Xpresspost (depending on weight and destination).

** Please note: This has been my experience with the LIGHT PACKET & SMALL PACKET services to the USA: 90% 5-10 Business Days, 8% 2-4 Weeks and about 2% 4-6 Weeks.. Holidays and weather conditions can slow things up a little **

~ Orders BETWEEN $50 - $99.99 (excluding shipping charges) are shipped REGULAR PARCEL and have insurance and tracking.

~ Orders OVER $100 (excluding shipping charges) will ship insured and tracked, using Xpresspost.

~ I will happily refund or exchange any supplies item if you are not fully satisfied (excluding vintage items). Simply return the item in original condition and a refund or exchange will be issued. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

~ All vintage is sold as it. My pictures are an excellent portrayal of the items. Most of my vintage items have been carefully stored for the last 20+ years, so is in excellent condition.
