GENERAL STORE POLICIES: CUSTOM ORDERS: Hi, guys! Need something just a little different than what I've got listed? A different color, different metal, different mix of stones in the jewelry? Lay it on me -- I have more in my creative stash than you would ever believe possible. SIZING: To avoid disappointment, please check the size of jewelry items before purchase to ensure they will fit properly. I can alter the length of most necklaces and bracelets if necessary. I encourage you to contact me with any requests of this nature before you buy, or refer to the return policy below if you encounter problems after your purchase. EARRING WIRES: I generally use earring wires that are lead and nickel free. The earring wires (style and type of metal) can usually be swapped out on earrings. If you prefer a particular style or have a metal allergy and need a different metal content in the earring wires, contact me and I will let you know if alterations are possible and what the price difference will be (if any). PAYMENT: Payment is accepted via PayPal. Payment should be made at the time of sale. If your payment is not confirmed at the time of your purchase, the sale will be cancelled by the payment processor and the item re-listed. TAXES: Sales tax of 7.75% is charged on all orders shipped to an Illinois address. SHIPPING OF JEWELRY: Shipment within the US is made via First Class Mail (USPS) within 2 (business) days of receiving payment, and usually within 24 hours. Using First Class Mail provides both of us with online tracking info and confirmation of delivery. I will provide you with the tracking number once I've shipped your item(s). In general USPS First Class mail takes 3-5 business days within the US. Please allow more time for international shipments and during heavy volume periods such as the winter holiday season. I can only ship to a verified PayPal address. Please be sure your shipping address and your PayPal verified address are the same. This ensures we are both covered by the PayPal Protection Plan for 45 days from date of purchase. Expedited shipping is available on request. Cost is generally 2-3 times higher, and I will always send price info and confirm with you before expedited shipping. Shipping time for custom orders may vary, please contact me for estimated production and shipping times. PACKAGING: Purchases are shipped securely in a small flat rate box. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within a week of receiving the item. If you decide to return or exchange the item, it should be returned in salable condition and shipped within 14 days following your request for refund or exchange. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds cannot be given for unreturned items. LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS: All shipments are tracked. Items determined to be lost by domestic (USPS) carrier will be replaced free of charge if possible, or refunded. I make every attempt to ensure items are packaged securely. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me within a week of receiving it to arrange for a full refund or exchange.
