I accept paypal, amazon payments, google checkout, REM and all major credit cards. I will ship your order after verification of payment from your payment venue. I try to ship within 2 days of receiving your order. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer by USPS first class mail with tracking. If you want to insure your purchase, contact me and I will add it to your bill. If payment is not received within 3 days of ordering, I will cancel the order unless you contact me. Sometimes I am offline for up to 3 days, but never more than that without putting my shop in vacation mode. I will get back to you on the 4th day. You order or your questions are important to me. I will issue refunds if I am contacted within 72 hours of the buyer receiving the item and stating why a refund is wanted. The refund, less original shipping cost, will be issued when I receive the item back in good condition. Buyer pays return shipping cost.International customers will be issued refunds-less shipping charges- and will also return the item at their own expense.
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable down payment, with remainder of payment to be paid before item ships. If you order a custom piece, I will email you pictures every 2 or 3 days to show the progress of your order and to be sure it is what you have in mind.
