Sales tax: We must collect state sales tax from CT customers.
Ship-to locations: USA, United Kingdom, Austrailia, Canada
Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Please note that we do not mark items as gifts when shipping.
All items are shipped to your address. We do not have a pick up option for items.
Shipping to the US and its territories is FREE via USPS first class mail. Other mailing options are available for an additional charge.
Shipping outside the USA by Express Mail only
Shipping takes place only on regular business days (Monday through Friday).
Refunds on case by case basis. Restocking fees of 30% may apply.
Refunds/exchanges do not include shipping and handling either to or from your destination unless the item was damaged before it left this facility or you have received the wrong item through our error. No other shipping or handling fees will be refunded.

We are happy to create custom items according to your specifications.
Custom orders take time to create. We try to have listed items out within 3-5 business days. Custom orders that are not in our studio may take longer depending on the time of year.
Our busy times may mean a delay in orders. Especially during October. Please take this into account when placing your order.
When requesting a custom color or gemstone choice please do so when making payment or by contacting me at dawn0001@hotmail.com with all the item information plus your full name and address.
