PAYMENT
I accept Paypal only and expect payment in 3 days. OK Sales tax will be applied to Oklahoma orders of 6%. In Ada, OK, it will be 9%.

SHIPPING
I ship First Class USPS in most cases. If the value of shipping adds up, I will send it using Priority shipping. It has take 1-14 days for a First Class package to reach it's destination. Please be patient with USPS. Orders will be sent to the Paypal address unless otherwise noted in a message. This is for your safety that the person actually paying is receiving it.

FREE SHIPPING coupons apply to US & Canadian Customers ONLY. If you are International, I will give you a flat $5 credit towards your purchase, but you must pay the extra charges.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: International shipping will be mailed within three days due to the need to take it to the Post Office for customs. I have some set prices for shipping, but if the actual shipping is drastically more than that listed, I will ask you to pay the remaining amount. Shipping internationally can take anywhere from 2 weeks to a month depending on what country the item is being shipped to.


REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Please let me know if you want insurance for your items. I currently do not accept returns. I will exchange items within 2 two weeks of purchase. I do not offer refunds for shipping errors.


Additional Policies and FAQs
Coupons and sales are only available the month they are issued or until the expiration date given. For example, if you receive a coupon code in the Phat Fiber Box for May, it will only be good until May 31st. If you have a code, please let me know at checkout. The only exception to this are for international customers who receive their boxes much later than everyone else.

Coupons may not be used in conjunction with each other. For example, if I have a 25% off coupon, you cannot add a 10% Phat Fiber coupon to it to make a total of 35%, just the 25% will be used. I am a small business and cannot afford to give you my hand work for free.

As with all computers and online imagery, the color of the actual product may vary from online to in hand. Please look through all photos as I try to capture and describe each product carefully.
