Every item purchased will be sent via USPS unless otherwise requested by the buyer. If another shipping method is requested, the shipping rate for that company will be used. Shipping is based on the current shipping prices set up by USPS and are subject to change according to the amount of purchases made. Multiple items purchased at the same time will be shipped together unless requested. If multiple item are shipped individually to the same address, shipping will be charged per item shipped individually. Any returned items will receive a full refund and return shipping will be paid for by the buyer, not the seller. If an exchange is desired, the returned item shipping will be at the buyers expense but the new item sent in exchange will be paid for by the seller. If the buyer has any problems with the purchased item repairs could be made at the expense of the buyer. Special design requests will be reviewed but are not always available due to resources available. If a special request is sent in and is able to be fulfilled, extra charges could be added to the buyer's total price to help cover extra costs incurred by the seller to fulfill special request made. All final totals will be sent to the buyer for approval before supplies are purchased and item is made. Since special requests are not common for the seller, it will require extra time to complete the special request. Any other questions, concerns or comments can be directed to the seller.
