All items are shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority mail with Delivery confirmation and tracking number. Once your item has shipped I will update your order with the tracking information so you know when to expect your purchase. You will receive a refund for the difference if the price you paid is more than $1 higher than the actual cost. Please allow 1 week for custom orders to be completed. If you purchase an item as a gift, and are shipping directly to the recipient, please let me know and I will gift wrap at no extra cost, as well as keep pricing information out of the package. Your invoice will be sent to you via first class mail if you request a paper copy and provide me with your mailing address. If you feel there is a problem with an item, please contact me before leaving feedback and I will work with you to resolve the issue, whether by repair or replacement. If an item needs to be sent back, the buyer will pay shipping costs with Delivery Confirmation. There are no refunds for shipping costs once an item has been shipped.
