Decals: Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after receipt of payment. I use the first class flat mail USPS . *We accept Pay Pal as our form of payment (which accepts all major credit cards). *Please make sure your adress is up to date at PayPal *Your items will be shipped to the address you list on PayPal. It is their policy we shipped to the address you have on file with them . It is very easy to update your address in paypal so please be sure to do that prior to making a purchase. If you would like an order to be sent to a friend or family member, please be sure to add their address to your paypal account and select their address when checking out in paypal. Leave a note in paypal or send us an e-mail INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International Orders may take up to three weeks or more to arrive depending on your location and how long the item is going through customs. The first class mail service does not offer an international tracking option.However they do tracking it by the Declaration # Please let me know if you would like to upgrade to international priority shipping for an additional fee. Customer is responsible for any customs fees. Happy customers are important to us. Decals are handmade and may contain minor imperfections. Please inspect your decal to your liking. I will gladly refund or exchange on an individual circumstance basis within 14 days. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The customer pays for all shipping. I will refund/ship the exchange once I have received the original product back. All custom orders are final. If you have any problems with a product please email me and I will be happy to make it right. Vinyl can be tricky to install so please work slow and with a partner. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any damage caused to the vinyl or application surface. Non Delivery: If for some reason your decal does not reach you we can discuss a replacement 30 days after US location shipments and 45 days after International locations.
