REFUNDS/EXCHANGESI put up detail description and close-up photos to describe my supplies as best I can. However, if you are not 100% happy, neither am I. Please email me if you have any problems or concerns and if you want to return the item, let me know in advance. I will refund the cost of the supplies only, POSTAGE IN NON REFUNDABLE. CARE FOR YOUR SUPPLIES:To make your beads last longer and look new longer, please keep it in a cool, dry place. A jewelry box or air tight bag will help the silver and silver plated parts from tarnish. Do not subject jewelry/beads to water, soap, make-up or perfumes. Even a small scratch can cause the silver plating to peel off. You can purchase liquid cleansers and polishing cloths for costume jewelry from drug or department stores to help clean you jewelry.
