DIGITAL TERMS OF USE--- ****My images can be used for bottle caps, magnets, whatever tangible creation your heart desires! ****And you CAN sell those finished products! ****They're best printed on 4x6. ****These are 300dpi images. ****Bottle Cap Images will be sent via your email in .jpg format. ****If you need to upload my sheets to an album so that customers can choose images for caps, that's fine- but you absolutely MUST WATERMARK them first. Or you may use my watermarked version :) You CAN:: **Save and print as many times as you would like. **Create anything tangible you'd like from these images (i.e; necklaces, magnets, keychains, etc) You CANNOT:: **Redistribute these images in any way shape or form. This includes reselling digital, printed or precut sheets. Also includes giving them away, trading, "borrowing", whatever else you might think of. **Make your own collage using MY images. **Alter, jock, or rip my images in any way shape or form---- this includes removing my site name from the bottom of any image sheets, or cropping my image sheets for display purposes. **Use my images to create other digital media. ****RESELLING OF ANY IMAGES OR COLLAGE SHEETS is absolutely prohibited. Do not resell them digitally, printed, or "pre-cut". ****This includes printing and destashing sheets or precut images. ****This also includes adding my images to any cd's or folders you might have for sale. ****Sharing my images in a group, giving them away for free, or giving my images to anyone else IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM, for profit or not, is strictly prohibited. ****Also, you do not own my images when you purchase them, you are purchasing permission to print them. With sheets created from images that have been 'found' by myself or others, you are simply paying for the time it takes me to edit the images. I do not claim the rights to any of the original media that I may have used in the creation of any digital item within my shop. However, even with image sheets that contain characters, you are not entitled to do whatever you please with them. If you have any questions/comments/concerns, please don't hesitate to contact me. If you have a problem printing at home, you may need to change your settings. If you have a problem printing in store (for example, Walmart or Walgreens), I can sign a "release" form allowing you to print my images, but if there is a copyright issue, all I can do is suggest another place to print. If you receive a tangible item that is damaged, please send me a picture of the damaged item and we will discuss what can be done. I will go out of my way to make sure that my customer is happy---- as long as I am not being cheated. Which in my experience, is very common in the "boutique world". ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Shipping is always determined by weight. You will only ever pay for what it actually cost to ship. Because I ship via Paypal, you will always receive a Delivery Confirmation #. This protects both of us. I will add insurance if you would like, but you must convo me before you purchase the item(s). I currently do NOT ship outside of the US and Canada. Because everything I list on etsy is "ready to ship" and I ship every day (US only), your order will be shipped no later than 48hrs after receiving payment. (There may be extenuating circumstances, but I will convo you immediately to let you know.) Shipping to Canada may take at least 2-3 days to ship since I do not go to the post office every day. For digital media, I will send any file(s) to the email address you have listed on ETSY (Unless you tell me otherwise IN YOUR ORDER OR PAYMENT). I find that there are a lot of people that use their spouse's Paypal account, which might result in not receiving the item purchased. If you still don't receive it, please convo me and I'll let you know where I sent the items, and will resend if necessary.
