PAYMENT:
Designed by Audrey currently accepts payment through Paypal. You do not need to maintain a Paypal account to use their payment services. All you have to do is choose Paypal as your payment method at checkout. After your order has been submitted, click "Pay Now" and a little ways down the screen you will see the option to pay with credit or debit card -- no sign-up necessary! Paypal payments must be received within 48 hours of purchase or the transaction will be canceled and the item(s) will be relisted unless a request is made and agreed upon to extend payment window beyond 48 hours.
Designed by Audrey also accepts credit card payments through Propay. Just click the icon and follow the instructions.
Maryland Residence please add 6.00% tax.
Payment for all items is in United States Dollars (USD).
SHIPPING:
Items purchased will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.
SHIPPING INSURANCE is optional on your package, but always encouraged. I will not be responsible for loss or damage to an item that was not insured, but will do what I can to assist in resolving any shipping issue. If you would like to purchase insurance, please let me know (prior to sending payment) and I will send a revised invoice.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available upon request. Please contact me via e-mail before purchasing for an estimate. Once a new shipping and handling price is established, I will make the adjustment to the listing. Expedited shipping can also be accommodated after purchase if the item has not already shipped by contacting me. Once a new shipping and handling price is established I will send a Paypal invoice for payment.
ALL ORDERS SHIPPED AS FOLLOWS:
Domestic:
- All US destinations will ship with a tracking number.
International:
- Shipped USPS First Class International. Please note that International orders are not able to be tracked using USPS First Class Mail.
- Some countries have special custom fees that may apply. The buyer will be responsible for these fees when purchasing from DesignedByAudrey.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 3 days of receipt of your item to discuss an appropriate solution. As returns are handled on a case by case basis, PLEASE contract me prior to returning an item. Any refund given will be minus shipping and handling. Buyer will be responsible for all return shipping costs. The purchased item must be returned in its original, undamaged, unworn condition within 7 days of receipt. Returned items MUST be mailed with delivery confirmation. Please contact me once you have received the tracking number. If I do not receive an item back, I will not be able to give a refund.
