CUSTOMIZATIONS: I am here to please you! I am more than happy to make any changes that I possibly can to any existing products that I offer. However, for the most part, payment must be received/commitment to buy must be made in order for me to make any changes. I will not waste my time showing you a hundred different fonts or examples for nothing. Make sense?
RUSH ORDERS: There will be a $20 rush fee added to any wedding cake topper order that leaves me less than 2 weeks for production time, or any costume order that leaves me less than 4 days production time.
PAYMENT: I NO LONGER accept any form of mailed payment. At this time I only accept Paypal payments (payments can be made through Paypal using any credit or debit card).
SHIPPING: I always ship via the US Postal Service, and depending on the item, may use First Class, Priority, or Parcel Post. I always do my best to ensure that breakable items (i.e. wedding cake toppers and other clay items) are well packed. I cannot, however, control what happens to the package once it leaves my hands at the post office. For this reason, I do NOT give full refunds for items broken on arrival. I will do what I can to help, i.e. suggest wonderful adhesives for repair, or will accept a return of the item for repair.
RETURNS: I always make sure to get all of the information that I need to create custom orders to your specifications. I will send progress photos at your request, also. Return requests will be handled on a per-case basis, but for the most part, returns for refund are not an option.
On IMAGE COLLAGE SHEETS, there are no refunds. Images will ALWAYS be sent to you within 24 hours of your order unless you hear different from me, under extreme circumstances, that I cannot get them out within that time. Once the images have been e-mailed to you, you may not cancel the order, because the items have already been sent.
EXCHANGES: If I make an error (i.e. use the wrong color fabric, accidentally forget a requested detail, etc.), of course I will exchange or refund you. If there is no error on my part, in general, I do not accept exchanges. Again, requests will be handled on a per-case basis.
