I will ship your item to you within 1-2 days of purchase via USPS First Class Mail with delivery tracking. If you would like insurance please let me know when you purchase the item.



I will accept returns if you notify me within 3 days of receipt of your item and return the item to me in original condition within 7 days for a refund or store credit. If item is damaged, the cost to repair will be deducted from your refund. In the case of earrings, a $2 fee is charged to replace the earwires for resale.

When paying by personal check, please realize I will not ship your order until your check clears my bank.


I welcome custom work. I will be happy to work with you to make any item for you or to change a bead here and there so that it is exactly what you want. When accepting a custom order, I would like a deposit equal to 50% of the total cost. Please allow sufficient time for ordering custom beads such as letters for a name bracelet. In most instances it will take 1 week to obtain the letters as they are ordered from a specific company with high quality letters.
I will include free matching earrings of my choice with any custom order.

If you would like a different earring style, just email me. There will be a $2 charge to change to leverbacks or studs.
