Payments via Check/Money Order or Cashier's Check must clear before starting on your order.

Default shipping is USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to upgrade to Express or downgrade to Parcel Post, just let me know.

Return/Refund Policy

Due to the fact that our items are custom designed and crafted,we do not offer refunds on any items unless an error has been made on our account. In order to process refunds on defective custom items, please contact us. You will be required to return the item to us before any money is refunded. All sales are otherwise final, and deposits are non-refundable.
