I ship First Class Internationally. I ship everything in a protective bubble wrap envelope or box, depending on size. It is up to you to insure your package if so desired.

Refunds and Exchanges
*Personalized item: Customer satisfaction is my top priority. If I have made an error on personalized items, please send item back to me. Once I receive item back, I will remake and resend a corrected item to you at no charge, with the exception of shipping costs.

*Non-personalized Item: Again, customer satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return to me within 7 days and I will happily refund your purchase price minus shipping charges.
