I usually ship within one or two business days and is typically by USPS ground. Upgrades are available upon request.

I accept pay pal and money orders. I generally wait until I receive the money order before mailing out the item. Also, there is a 10 days deadline to receive the money order after which if not received, the sale is cancelled.

No taxes will be applied to orders for now.
