I ship by USPS unless otherwise requested. Basic fees are $2.70 for First Class and $5.00 for First Class International.
Items are shipped out within 2 business days of payment received. Sometimes much faster than that :)
I accept payment by Paypal, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or in some cases Personal Check. For transactions outside of the US, funds must be received in USD (paypal is the easiest way). I prefer to have payment made within 5 days. If any issues arise and you are unable to make payment by that time, please contact me. I am a very understanding person and special arrangements can be made to suit your situation.
If you wish to cancel an order please contact me as soon as possible.
Returns are normally not granted since most items are one of a kind, but will be granted if the listing has grossly misrepresented the product. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please contact me and we can reach agreeable arrangements if you feel the product has been misrepresented.
If an item has been damaged during shipping I will replace it, provided that the damaged item is returned to me. I may also need time to create or repair the piece since I do not have many duplicates :)
I am a reasonable person and wish to be contacted if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. There may be a way to work out an issue and I am more than willing to try!
