Custom work will not be returnable. I will send a proof if it is a special order done on the computer, to be approved by customer. Once approved and paid for it is no longer a returnable item. For hand painted items I will not accept returns.Printed products such as cupcake wrappers are not returnable, and as a customer you accept that you cannot copy or reproduce these in any form or resell.
Digital, printable files for cupcake wrappers and other products, are owned by Diane's Creative Touch. As a buyer you agree not to share these files with anyone, sell the files either personally or on a website, or sell your finished products. If you sell cupcakes for a living you may use these on your finshed cupcakes but you cannot sell the printed wrappers or files by themselves. if you would like to carry my wrappers in you store, you can email me.
