Shipping Schedule Below: If you order on: Monday - Your package ships Wed/Thurs Tuesday - Your package ships Thurs/Fri Wednesday - Your package ships Fri/Mon Thursday or Friday - Your package ships Mon/Tues Saturday or Sunday - Your package ships Tues/Wed Sorry, but I am NOT able to take ASAP or RUSH orders right now. ~ I mail on a schedule of first come, first served. Please do not place an order and then inform me that you need your order mailed "today", "immediately" or "ASAP" :) ~ I no longer use Express, Overnight or any other expedited mailing services. Please do not place your order and then tell me you want or need these rapid shipping services. ~I always mail First Class United States and International mail. I mail all large orders, at my discretion, Priority Mail Flat Rate at no extra cost to you. Refunds ~ ~ Your happiness with our transaction is my goal. ~ If you are not happy with your purchase send me a note and I will work with you on fixing the situation. ~ Please contact me with your concern prior to leaving negative feedback or filing a Payapl dispute. I am very friendly and easy to work with so just send me a note first and I'm sure that whatever the issue is we can get it resolved. International Customers ~ If, after 30 business days, you have not received your package I will send out a new package to you. If you are not happy with the postal service, custom fees or anything else concerning delivery of your order by the mail system in your country, please remember I have no control over that.
