Due to the nature of the materials used at Dirt Road South and the fact that I don't generally like to do the same thing over and over, many items are one of a kind. If you see something you like that's no longer available, I'll be happy to make you a replica that will be very similar but never "the same". I'm always open to your comments, suggestions and special requests so feel free to drop me a note... I'd love to hear from you!


Payment

I accept Paypal as my primary payment choice, and I will ship items out within 2 business days of the payment method clearing Paypal. Please note that you don't have to have a Paypal account to pay through Paypal. If you click on "Pay by Paypal" at checkout, you will be taken to a secure page with the option to pay by debit or credit card.


Shipping

All items will be shipped out within 2 business days of payment confirmation. I ship via the most economical method in order to keep costs down. If you would like to request a particular method of shipment, add insurance or delivery confirmation, please let me know so I may get you a revised shipping price.

* A note to local buyers: If you're in the area and would like to make a purchase from Dirt Road South, send me a message first and I'll see if I can save you some shipping charges!

* A note to international buyers: Please be aware that any taxes or customs fees levied against your package are your sole responsibility, and I will only label packages in accordance with their actual contents.


Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to enjoy your purchase as much as I enjoyed making it for you! If for some reason you're not satisfied, please send me a message and let me know what's going on. I will gladly refund you the price of the item (less shipping) after receiving your return as long as its in the original and unused condition. If the item is flawed or wasn't adequately represented in the listing, I will also consider refunding you the cost of shipping as well. We'll work out the details together... that's the first step to making things right!
