I finish seams with an enclosed French seam whenever possible or a serged edge. They frequently lounge about on my cutting table while I am sewing. I make every effort to remove hair and launder your item and put it right in the box for shipping. But please be aware this is not from a pet free home. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~***~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Please note on items that are upcycled or recycled - these items are made from gently used clothing, so keep in mind that it isn't brand new, but I avoid anything that is soiled or torn obviously. Upcycled sweaters are very easy to work with. With that in mind, creations can often times be taken in easily to fit a smaller size. Unfortunately, it is not as easy to make something bigger, unless I still have some scraps of the sweaters used. If you see something you like, but it is not your size, feel free to contact me to see if it is possible to alter it to your size. All sweaters are bagged closed immediately upon purchase, then are immediately washed in hot water then dried until dry on high heat. Yes, some sweaters shrink, and wool becomes felted, but this ensures all materials used for upcycling are clean and fresh. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~***~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Money order, personal check or Paypal accepted. Being eco-minded and green, I prefer to reuse boxes and packing materials, and use recycled clean grocery bags to cushion and wrap items. Why create more to recycle by wrapping the item in tissue paper and fancy dressings, when by using a clean grocery bag, a used but functional box, or reusing packing material is a greener, kinder and still safe method of shipping your item? And my items are pretty enough to stand on their own without fancy wrappings. Items ship mext day except Sundays. Returns are accepted if item is not as described. Returns due to fit buyer pays return shipping. Please pay attention to the measurements, and if you have questions please ask me. If you need to return an item, please contact me within 3 DAYS of the delivery confirmation receipt date. If you do not contact me within 3 DAYS of the delivery confirmation receipt date then the item may be returned for store credit. The return must be received within 14 days of notification of your desire to return the item. Do not return an item that has been worn, smells of perfume or smoke, or looks like your pet was using it as a woobie for the past week. Refunds minus shipping will only be given if the item is returned in the same condition.
