For shipping, everything goes first class mail.
I ship out the SAME DAY that you order. If you order after 3 pm, than your order will go out the NEXT DAY.

If you want another shipping method besides first class (ex. priority) just send me a message before you order and I can revise the listing for you, or send me a message after you order and I can email you a revised invoice.

Insurance is available upon request, and buyer is responsible for cost.

Not responsible for taxes, custom fees, etc, incurred with international shipping.

I want to make ALL of my customers happy! If you recieve a piece, and are not satisfied, for any reason, send me a message. You can ship back to me and get either store credit for the same amount, or a refund (minus shipping costs).

If you recieve a piece that doesn't fit correctly (ex. necklace is too small) send me a message and let me know. You can ship piece back to me and I can alter the piece to fit your needs!

All of my jewelry is handmade, and while not delicate, it is not meant to be worn while swimming, bathing, bull riding, monster trucking, etc. If a piece breaks due to normal wear and tear, and can be fixed (most pieces can!) just ship back to me and I will repair and return (with an extra goodie for the trouble, although this has not happened yet!)

I do wear my own necklaces while playing roller derby, and haven't had anything break on me yet, so I don't expect anything to break through normal wear.

I haven't lost a package yet, but if it happens to you, please please contact me in a reasonable amount of time and we can work something out (every situation is different)

Sorry, but for health and hygiene reasons, earrings can NOT be returned! (thats just icky!)

If you are unhappy with anything in your order, please, contact me and let me try and correct the situation! I would rather rectify any issues you have instead of having an unhappy customer!
COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

Custom orders are welcome, although lots of my supplies and charms are one of a kind or found in my travels and I cannot come across them often. I do keep track of requests and if I happen to get more supplies, will contact you to see if you are interested still!
