WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

$9.00 for USPS Priority Mail for items under $150.00. This includes insurance.
$11.15 for USPS Priority Mail for items over $150.00. This includes insurance.

$19.00 for USPS Overnight Express (please email us if you would like it shipped overnight)*

OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

$25.00 for USPS Express Mail. Items are insured.

Most items are shipped out within 5 business days of payment (allow extra time for custom ring sizes). If you prefer a different shipping method, we will do so upon request. *Please note that if you choose Overnight shipping and you live far away from an airport, USPS sometimes takes an additional day to get your item to you.

~ PAYMENT ~

Payments can be made via PayPal. We do not ship to unconfirmed addresses. Please make sure your address is confirmed in PayPal.

~ TERMS OF SALE ~

Our Refund Policy:

To receive a refund, merchandise in original condition must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Merchandise must be insured when shipped and in original packaging with a copy of the original receipt. A full refund less the shipping fees will be given to all unworn,undamaged merchandise. PLEASE NOTE: Jewelry with custom modifications are are non-refundable! Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). We will not accept returns without prior authorization.

Our Exchange Policy:

To exchange an item, merchandise in original condition must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Undamaged merchandise must be insured when shipped and in original packaging with a copy of the original receipt and a check for return shipping (amount will be specified when exchanging). Buyer pays for shipping both ways. PLEASE NOTE: Custom ring sizes are subject to a 15% restocking fee. PLEASE make sure you have exactly the right ring size before you place an order with us.
