DragonFeats' Policies

I ship via Priority Mail Tuesday - Friday. Cost for the first item is a flat rate of $4.95 to anywhere in the US, additional items add 50¢ per item. There are no returns. Exchanges are accepted, provided the item has not been used and is returned in good condition.

I do allow for custom work, whether you'd like an existing design in a different yarn or color scheme, or more extensive modifications. Custom pieces can take 2-6 weeks to finish, depending on my workload and whether I have a suitable yarn on hand, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
