Lifetime Repair Guarantee. I will repair everything that I sell, for life! Please contact me and we will make the arrangements. (Return shipping to me is the buyers' responsibility.) My items are made in a pet-free, smoke-free workshop. Payment- I accept PayPal. Please pay upon checkout; if I do not see a pending payment on PayPal within 24 hours, I will send a Money Request/Invoice. * If the invoice is not paid in 48 hours, and I have not heard from the buyer, the order will be voided and the item will be re-listed. * Once payment clears, I will mail the item(s) out asap, usually the next business day that the post office is open. Important : REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES - If you are unhappy with your items (due to issues other than buyers remorse), please contact me within 14 days of purchase. I will either issue a refund, attempt to repair the piece, or replace the item with something similar when possible ONCE I HAVE RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL ITEM/S BACK in the condition they were received by the buyer. (Yes, this means you must send the item/s you purchased back to me before I will issue a refund.) Returns will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and I promise I will do my best to make you the customer happy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, *please* contact me before leaving any feedback, and I will try to make things right! SHIPPING INFO - I will ship items via the USPS unless otherwise arranged before purchase. I have tried to set shipping as low as possible and still cover the total costs involved, including any gift packaging and shipping materials. The items will be assembled and packed very carefully so that they will make it to you safely. (I will also use Delivery Confirmation at my discretion.) All of this is done for you, and your items are sent right to your door -- it's a good deal! DOMESTIC SHIPPING - If you wish to pay to insure your item(s), please contact me before buying and I will send an invoice listing the total amount to be paid. Without insurance, seller is not responsible if items are lost or damaged. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - My items ship via the USPS. Declaration of package contents and value of contents will be on the customs form. Buyer is responsible for all international fees, taxes and duties. If you want upgrade to international priority mail and insurance, please contact me before checking out. Without insurance, seller is not responsible if items are lost or damaged. *In the event that your total order exceeds the USPS limits of first class shipping, such as weight, value of contents, etc. I will send an invoice to you for the additional shipping charges. Your order will not be shipped until the additional shipping is paid in full. If the invoice is not paid in 48 hours, your order will be void and refunded.
