Optional insurance under $50 is an additional $1.70. If you would like insurance, just convo me. I am not responsible for lost packages, or damage that occurs during shipping. Neither has happened so far. I package carefully with bubble wrap.

Shipping

I ship via USPS. You may check in your Purchase category to see if I've shipped. After I mail your package I always go in and check the Shipped Box. Feel free to convo me with any questions about your order. Your satisfaction is important to me.



The cost for shipping two to six 8 oz candles is $9.85 for USPS 2-3 day Priority shipping. Cost for shipping 7-9 candles is $13.50 (large flat-rate box). I can combine items to fill the box. There are no extra shipping charges as long as it all fits into the flat-rate box.

I can ship 8 bars of soap for 4.80 in a flat rate envelope with 2-3 day shipping via USPS.

If your shipping is more than $1.00 over actual cost I can refund the difference. I'm always trying to save you money on shipping and will do the best I can in this area with my heavier products.



It costs $13.60 First Class International to ship one 8 oz candle to Australia.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do refunds or exchanges on a case by case basis if I am notified within the first 7 days after receipt and the item is in its original condition.
