--I wrap/package with TLC for shipping, standard, and asap.
Packages are sent via *USPS Priority or first class if possible. If you are outside the US and would prefer UPS, other shipping charges will apply.
California residents will be charged the required sales tax.
--INTERNATIONAL **Orders outside the US do not have tracking available. If you wish to have your package(s) sent via UPS, I will send an invoice for the additional shipping, and send it out once paid. Please be aware that, depending on your country, there will/may be various customs fees or taxes (VAT) to pay upon the arrival of your package. Please consult your local post office or government in regards to these kinds of taxes.

--A difference in actual shipping cost of $1.00 or more will be refunded.
--If payment is made before 3pm pacific time, I tend to ship the same day. As an online shopper myself, I appreciate fast shipping and want to do the same for my patrons.
1. I will refund or exchange any (intact/unaltered) item within 30 days of purchase to guarantee your satisfaction.
2. If something should happen to your item I will gladly repair it free of charge, as a LIFETIME warranty! Conditions: 1.You have most or all of the "ingredients",2.You pay to ship it to me, I cover shipping back to you. Since most of the items I sell are pretty lightweight, it's not a very costly issue. Be sure to wrap items with the same care in which you received them.
3. For any changes or adjustments to a current order, contact me immediately, before I mail it. I will be happy to change a clasp, switch to a different item of equal value, etc.
--Special orders: For most things I wont ask you to pay ahead, if you love how it comes out, then you can buy it. (Except if it's like 20 gray w/red pairs of earrings with the letter X on them-that would be different =D) It would have be something I could easily sell to someone else.
--Your privacy is respected. Emails and addresses will not be shared with anyone. I occasionally send out promotional materials such as coupons or free gifts, but I respect the wishes of anyone not wanting to be contacted beyond the business of their purchase. I do not process or handle any card information, this is done by third party payment processors (Pay-Pal, Pro-Pay, etc.)
