Packages are sent within 48 hours of payment, usually the same day. An email will be sent when your items have been shipped. The mail in Canada does not move on weekends and holidays. I ship Monday to Friday before 5pm. BUYERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA: You will NEVER get charged extra shipping upon receipt - any package without enough postage gets automatically sent back to the sender. Any fees incurred on receipt are customs, duties or import fees and are the responsibility of the buyer (the same fees you get charged when bringing merchandise in from another country). It is up to the buyer to contact their postal system or government to know what duties, import taxes and fees apply to them. You can usually find this information on your countries governmental website. Each item is gift wrapped in tissue and placed in a beautiful handmade paper gift bag. They are suitable for gift giving and left blank to be re-used. No paper invoices or price tags are sent but packages going out of the country have customs info on the front with the value. I can add a little note card with a message for free if you desire. Items are shipped in a bubble mailer envelope, or a box for larger items and orders. I try to put as much information as possible in my item descriptions and policies but please ask questions you may still have BEFORE purchasing. *****Refunds and Exchanges***** Your satisfaction is guaranteed! Buying on the internet can sometimes be risky because you must rely on pictures and description of the item and accidents may happen on the way to your door.
