Shipping charges are separate from the sales price. Shipping is done after receipts of all monies are cleared. We gladly refund non-commissioned purchase price upon receipt of returned item in condition as we sent to you within 25 days of original mailing date. Funds will be returned only after all has been cleared through banks. There is no refund for shipping fees. There is a 50% restock fee for commissioned items. This is charged at the time of order as a deposit. If the order is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable. Due to the delicate nature of fine art, for many items we build and frame with light wood to keep from bending and cracking the works. Pre-framed items, those with no matting or frame, can often be mailed in a tube saving a great deal in shipping charges. You can request any item to be removed from frame or matte. When possible we can accommodate and adjust the price. We send all items insured. Please notify us promptly if there is any problems with the shipping or if item is not received when intended. Tracking numbers will be provided.
