We normally ship within 2 to 3 business days (does not include weekends).
Returns: We give refunds or store credit if you contact is within 3 days of receipt. The item must be in perfect condition and shipped insured with Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation, whichever we require.
Return Authorization via email is required within 3 days of receipt if you wish to return anything. The item may be returned as long as it has not been worn, damaged, or altered and postmarked within 7 days of receipt of the product, insured and postage paid by the buyer. Shipping expenses both to and from are always borne by the buyer. The merchandise must be packed in the same way as sent (to avoid damage in transit), with the original packaging and contents, and in new condition.
Our original shipping, insurance, and handling costs will be deducted from your refund or store credit, even if you were not charged for shipping.
