All payments are processed via PayPal.
When going through check out, please double check your shipping address. If it is different from billing address, please change it in a "ship to" option to match what you provide on Art Fire.
California residents are charged 8.75% sales tax.

~~~~Shipping~~~~

All purchases are shipped to the address on your PayPal account. Please make sure it matches the address you provided on Etsy.

READY TO SHIP purchases are mailed within 3-5 business days from the date of payment.

MADE WHEN ORDERED purchases may take up to 4 months from the date of payment. The buyer will be notified when the item is ready and on its way.

RUSH ORDERS: Any orders that require less than 2 months completion time frame are subject to 20% rush fee.

SPECIAL ORDERS may take up to 5 months from the date of payment. The buyer will be notified when the item is ready and on its way.

All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (where applicable). In addition, wedding dresses are insured and require signature upon delivery.

We do ship internationally. Customs fees, tariffs, and any other government fees are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to find out what charges you may expect.

~~~~Returns and Cancellations~~~~

RETURNS:

We stand behind the quality of our creations and welcome returns for any reason. If you intend to do a return, please notify us as soon as possible. We will try to resolve the issue if we can. If return is the only option, please ship the item back within 5 calendar days from receiving it, in original packaging, unused condition and via the same (or similar) method, i.e. insurance, confirmations, etc. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund less original shipping cost and 20% restocking fee, which will help cover any expenses associated with the transaction. Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility.

If you need to cancel an order, please convo me ASAP! Any cancellations that take place 7 days or later after the date of purchase are subject to 20% cancellation fee.

We use tailor sizing to create our apparel. The measurements are not the same as retail store garments. To find the correct size, please measure the fullest part of your bust, natural waist, and the fullest part of your hips. Choose the size on the chart below according to the largest of the three. Please note that we use standard sizes and alterations may be necessary for an exact fit.
