Copyright of any digital art in my store remains with me, since I have altered the original works thus removing them from public domain. For the most part, my digital supplies are for both personal use and small commercial use; this means that you can use them in PRINTED format to create handcrafted 'tangible' items to sell at craft shows or in your Artfire and Etsy stores, provided the images are altered and part of a design of your own. These terms apply to items such as tags, cards, jewelry, magnets, fabric items. (For example, adding glitter and embellishments is considered altering; simply printing a design and creating a hang tag is not considered altering it and making it your own.) Commercial use is permitted as long the items sold are a finished product and not supplies. If products are displayed/sold online, please credit Debbie-Anne Parent. ABSOLUTELY NO DIGITAL SALES. You may not resell my digital collage sheets or images as is, singularly or in a collection or sell digital items created with my designs. This includes re-selling on print-on-demand sites or other third party sites such as Zazzle, Cafepress etc. Occasionally, some items are marked as 'personal, non-commercial use only'. Those items are to be used solely in this manner and not for commercial purposes. These include my art cards and prints, as well as digital downloads marked as 'personal use'. Clear as mud?
