Shipping and Returns:
Shipping rates depend on your geographic location. Within the US, standard shipping will be $3.00 for your first item and $1.50 for each additional item. For items shipped to Canada (standard shipping), you will pay $4.50 for your first item and $2.50 for each additional item. Items shipped to all other countries (standard shipping) will incur a fee of $6.50 for the first item and $4.50 for each additional item. ALL PRICES are in US dollars. Payments are all done through PayPal, so please note that any conversion rates supplied by ArtFire should serve as only a guide. Furthermore, customers from countries outside the US will be solely responsible for any duties, customs fees, or other fees associated with their transaction.

I do my best to ship out your order within 48 hours of placement (excluding non-business days). Your items will all be shipped through USPS (standard mail) unless you make other arrangements with me BEFORE the time of purchase. I am able to expedite orders through priority shipping or other means for additional cost. (Please allow 5-7 days for standard shipping within the US and more for other countries.) This also applies if you would like to purchase shipping insurance.

ErinNicole Jewelry is not liable for items lost or damaged in shipping. That said, I do everything in my power to make sure your order gets there in one piece. The standard shipping prices reflect this: these prices include not only postage, but, also, the quality materials used to package your order. Most items are individually packaged in 100% recycled black pinstripe gift boxes with thick poly-fill wadding to protect them. These boxes are then placed in a bubble envelope for even more protection. **The materials used may differ as the size/quantity of items you have purchased dictates.**

Returns will be considered within the first 30 days of purchase on a case-by-case basis. All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Product(s) are to be returned in what ErinNicole Jewelry deems as acceptable condition in order to receive a full refund (less shipping cost). Due to health codes (and common sense!), I will be charging a restocking fee of $4.00 for any earrings that need to be sent back, since I use brand new earwires on every product sold. I want you to be fully satisfied with your new jewelry, and I do my best to photograph and describe all pieces as accurately as possible. That said, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please let me know! As a customer, you are important, and your requests will be accommodated whenever possible.
