Payment EverDream Designs accepts the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express Paypal Amazon Payments Money Orders (USPS Preferred) PAYPAL- If paying via Paypal you do not need an account with Paypal to use this option and you may even pay by credit card securely through the Paypal system. If paying via ECheck through Paypal please understand that it generally takes 4 to 5 days for your Echeck to clear. Your order will not ship until payment has cleared. As an added level of assurance, for you as a buyer, I am a verified account holder with Paypal. MONEY ORDERS- If paying via Money Order please note Money Order in the message to seller during checkout. If selecting to pay via Money Order it is preferred that you use a USPS Money Order. Please note that your order will not ship until your money order has been received and has cleared the bank. It can take up to a many as 14 days to clear the bank. Use of a USPS Money Order will greatly increase the speed at which your order is sent out, as it can be processed directly through the post office, once received, and will not have to wait to clear the bank. Please send your Money Order within 3 days from the date or purchase and it is always appreciated when a customer lets me know when they have sent it. All money orders must be of U.S. origin and for the exact amount of purchase. Money Orders received for greater than the value of your purchase will not be processed and will be returned as such. Please understand that regardless of method of payment your order will not ship until payment has been cleared. Payment is due within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Thereafter, I will have no option but to cancel the order and re-list the item. SALES TAX: Please note that residents of South Carolina, or orders shipping to South Carolina addresses are subject to Sales Tax. RETURNS/REFUNDS- It seems that in todays marketplace customer service is a lost art form. It is my goal that each and every customer receives superior service from EverDream Designs. It is the pledge of EverDream Designs to provide quality products, prompt and courteous communication, and efficient shipping procedures to ensure your purchase is a pleasant experience. However, if for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase you simply need to contact me within 7 days from date of receipt to let me know you would like to return your item(s). All returns must be received within 30 days from your date of receipt and be in original condition in order to receive a refund. Refunds for the full purchase price less shipping will be issued once the return has been received and meets the preceding guidelines. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment. Arranging shipping, as well as the costs associated to return an item are the responsibility of the buyer and are nonrefundable. SHIPPING- DOMESTIC SHIPPING: All orders are priced to ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Your order will be shipped to your Artfire address, unless you specify differently. It is helpful if this address matches your Paypal or Google Checkout address, if applicable. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping costs noted are via First Class International. Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, duties, VAT fees, etc., incurred. All costs are quoted in U.S. dollars. Customs declaration will contain accurate information only; please do not ask that your shipment be listed as a gift. International shipping transit times can vary greatly. Please understand that once your package leaves my hands I have no control over the length of time it takes for you to receive your purchase. I am unable to ship to the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, Somalia, or Korea Any orders submitted from the above countries will be cancelled and refunded. MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING If you are ordering multiple items please see below for an explanation of how shipping fees apply. All items feature a shipping fee such as $2.25 (.50 if shipped with another item). If, for example, you were ordering two items your shipping cost would be $2.25 for the first item and .50 for the second item, totaling $2.75 for shipping. All orders ship within 48 hours of your cleared payment, not including weekends and holidays. If, for some reason, I am unable to ship your purchase within 48 hours you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order. The timely receipt of your purchase is equally as important to me as it is to you. However, please understand that I have no control over a package once it leaves my hands. GO GREEN EverDream Designs supports GREEN LIVING through its shipping and packaging choices. Your package will arrive in a Kraft Bubble mailer made with a recycled paper exterior. Inside you will find your item(s) are packed in a stylish White or Kraft gift box made of 100% recycled materials-of which 75% is post consumer waste. ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND FAQS- No item offered by EverDream Designs is intended for use by children aged 12 years or younger. Jewelry and the small parts they contain present a potential choking hazard to children.
