DUE TO THE RISE IN POSTAL SHIPPING COSTS, once again, S&H has been raised to meet those costs. Envelopes & labels are also considered in shipping costs. I only ship 3 days a week. Mon.-Wed.-& Fri. Shipping also depends on what time of day or night your order is received EST. All of my items are shipped USPS First Class, unless otherwise indicated. First Class takes 3 to 5 business days, not counting weekends or Holidays. I always try to ship your order the next day if I get the order early enough. I also package your items with great care. Once it is shipped, it is out of my hands. You & I can track your item through the USPS site, if I use Pay Pal to print the shipping lable. During the winter & Holidays shipping may take longer. I live in the northeast, by the lake, where we sometimes have bad winter days. I will try to notify you if this is one of those times. Please allow extra time for Holidays & weekends. If you don't already know this, items shipped USPS are scanned at every post office town &/or state that your pkg. goes through. It also shows when the package was delivered. USPS tracking gives dates & times so, Please check your email for a message with the tracking number. Anything shipping costs over $5.00 is automatically Priority mail. We never know how many items you will purchase or what it will weigh. I usually pay for & print shipping labels for USPS postage through Pay Pal, once payment is received. You will get an email from Pay Pal with the information when the label is printed. I will refund any amount over the current priority charge from USPS, except for Canada. I accept returns, as long as they are returned within 15 business days of delivery. Return S&H is the responsibility of the buyer. Please email me first if you return your item, so we can agree on the resolution. I'll do what I can resolve the matter with you. Refund or Exchange. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items or items not shipped to an unverified Pay Pal address & name listed. I try to inform my customers of the S&H process in case someone doesn't ship things often enough to know the procedures. As always, feel free to email me with ANY questions.
