FAIR USAGE POLICY

If you buy this pattern you can use it to make bracelets for either personal or commercial use. In case you want to publish (online or offline) or sell the finished bracelet you have to give credit to the desinger (YES IT'S ME). Further more you are - of course - not allowed to resell the pattern (or a part of the pattern) itself as your own design.

Terms & conditions

This is quite simple. We provide two services: complete pieces of jewellery and patterns and a bespoke service where you can customize one of our designs or suggest a design of your own. You can ask us any questions about these services prior to ordering anything and you can suggest adjustments after ordering but this must be before we deliver for obvious reasons.

Delivery for Jewellery

Our standard delivery is free to anywhere in the world this makes it simple for us to calculate shipping, and you can see how much your purchase will cost you without doing any calculations before you buy. Your Item will be shipped from Hungary so to Europe expected delivery time is between 3-5 days and 2 weeks to the rest of the world. We will try to deliver your item within two days of receiving your payment so add this lead time to your shipping time. In case you don't receive your item, we will class it as missing after 3 weeks in Europe and 4 weeks for the rest of the world. If you would like your item(s) sent by registered delivery then contact us before ordering and we will calculate the shipping cost and send you an invoice for your order.


Returns & Refunds

Our policy on returns & refunds is as follows: If we have made a mistake with your order then we will cover the cost of delivery for the item to be returned make the required adjustments and return the item or give a full refund. If you have made a mistake then we will make the adjustments but the shipping will have to be covered by you and the item would need to be returned before a refund could be made.

These terms don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
