All items must be paid for within 1 working day upon checkout. Reservations can be made 7 days in advance before checkout. Strictly no refunds.


If youre from Singapore, you enjoy the alternative method of bank transfer. Please email me to get the bank details.




Shipping

Shipping usually takes 10 to 14 working days to reach to most countries including United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. Sometimes, items may be picked for random checks by postal service and can drag to 21 working days to reach.

We have decided to do away with free non-registered shipping due to the inability to track our precious orders. From 25 December 2009, all orders will be shipped via registered post, at a flat rate of $3.

For orders dated from 17 September 2009 to 24 December 2009, if you did not pay for registered post, as stated in our earlier policy, we will not bear the responsibilities of lost mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive any of Feronia Jewelry items ordered that is not up to your satisfaction, we will either
1. Replace the item
2. Let you choose another item
3. Or give you a full refund

The following conditions apply:
1. Convo us your feedback within 3 days from item arrival
2. Item must be sent back but we will refund shipping fee.
3. We reserve our discretion to determine compensation option

For Supplies, we have implemented per item packaging and thus impossible to damage. Hence, no exchanges in the name of damaged items can be made. Refunds or replacements (if possible) will be done if we omit anything in the mailed order. No refunds are entertained.
