Payment:
Credit cards, Paypal, and Google Checkout accepted. Maryland residents are charged 6% sales tax.

Payment must be received within 48 hours or your order will be canceled.

Shipping:
My shipping costs a little bit more than you might expect for a three- or four-inch ornament. That's because I pack my ornaments with enough padding to make it safely to your home.

Shipping is done by Priority Mail; please allow up to 5 days for delivery. I can also do rush delivery through UPS and will charge accordingly.

I have begun shipping to Canada, but please be advised that the cost is a little high because of the way I pad/pack the ornaments for shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges:
Returns of art ornaments and standard Greek ornaments are accepted within 7 days of your receiving them. Though it will break my heart, I will issue a refund. However, I do not give refunds for custom orders or customized/personalized Greek ornaments.

In all my time doing this, all of my ornaments have arrived at their destinations safe and sound. There is always a possibility, however, that an ornament could be broken during shipping. If your ornament does arrive broken, just contact me within 24 hours of receiving your ornament and I will replace it at no charge to you.

Custom Orders:
I LOVE custom orders! Just let me know what you're looking for! I will start by creating a couple of drawings of potential designs. I charge you for the work once you pick/approve a design, and I start work once payment is received. If you like a design but need a few changes, that's okay. I will go through two rounds of changes/revision of the design.

Allow an additional 5-10 days for me to create your ornament once a design is approved.

Again, I do not give refunds for custom orders, but I will re-do ornaments that arrive broken, as long as you let me know within 24 hours of getting them.

Greek Ornaments:
The Greek ornaments you see in my listings are made to order. Please allow up to 10 days, depending on how close to Christmas we are, for creation and delivery of your ornament.
