SHIPPING
All items are shipped from Thailand via Registered Airmail.
We'll ship your items within 2-4 business days after receive your payment. Usually takes about 10-21 business days to reach destination.

Refunds are only offered if there is an error on my part. If an item is faulty you must contact me within 7 days of receipt for an exchange
If you don't receive your package after 1 month, please email us and together we will work it out.
You can return the item in its original condition within 7 days for exchange or refund. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 7 days of receipt of item. Buyer must return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out. Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email for authorization. All return orders must include your Artfire user ID or Your Name, Artfire Order# and a brief reason for the return order.
