Fabric weighs a great deal more than a piece of jewelry, or even a finished handbag or quilt, so I usually will put a price for shipping that takes that into consideration.

If I have overcharged more than a dollar and a half, I will refund the extra to your PayPal account.

Returns are accepted if the piece is returned in the same condition it was sent out. I will refund the selling price, but not the shipping, once the fabric is in my hands.

I usually ship twice a week...Monday and Thursday, or Tuesday and Friday. There may be some exceptions if orders are extremely heavy.
