Shipping
Shipping is USPS Priority and USPS International unless otherwise stated. Item is not insured and guaranteed unless requested and extra postage paid.

Refunds and Exchanges
I will offer a refund if any items are found to be not as described and returned by return of post in same condition. Shipping cost are not refunded or reimbursed.

I make a great effort to describe my items exactly to save all of us hassle later. If there is a problem please contact me by convo and I will do my best to sort it out. I want my customers to be happy and return again.... :-)

Additional Policies and FAQs
I love to combine postage for multibuys (please contact me if you are buying more than one) ...and I charge minimal postage and no handling or packaging charge. I use recycled packaging as much as possible to keep P&P costs down and be kind to the planet.
