Each item is one of a kind. The item that one chooses IS the item that he or she orders. None are prototypes. Items are shipped within 48 hours after payment transfers from PayPal to my bank account. Checks written for payment will be deposited and the purchase(s) shipped when payment clears. Special orders are accepted at the discretion of the artist. Fawn Haven Studio is always open for discussions on special orders. Being as I have not (as yet) been faced with a customer wishing to return an item, there is no policy at this time. However should the need arise such a policy will be developed.
