Shipping Information Products will ship within two (2) business days after payment has been received. All products will be shipped USPS Mail to continental US destinations. International purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Global Express where USPS Global Priority is not available. We email a delivery confirmation and date of shipment to all our customers. We are not responsible for lost mail. Return Policy Clip art CDs are NOT refundable. If a disc is damaged or unreadable, a replacement disc will be shipped to you. Stationery products (invitations, etc.) will be accepted for refunds (less shipping) only if the package is unopened and original condition. Buyer must pay for return shipping.
