Payment
I accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, google checkout, cheques and money orders. Paypal & google checkout payments need to be made within 2 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled.

Shipping
Patterns will be e-mailed in PDF format.
All Kits will be mailed First class for UK customers and By Airmail to everyone outside the UK. Recorded/Track-able shipping methods for your order can be quoted for on request.

Re PDF patterns
After receipt of payment I will e-mail you your pattern(s)to your e-mail address given to me by Artfire. Patterns will be sent asap (bearing in mind the difference in international times) within 24 hours. If you have trouble receiving your pattern- PLEASE let me know. Also check your spam or bulk folders or add me as a contact: creative.textiles@btinternet.com as sometimes my e-mails get blocked due to the attachment size, If I am unable to get your pattern to you via e-mail, I will ship/post a hard copy!

Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry no refunds on PDF patterns after they are emailed.
Please feel free to contact me about refunds or exchanges on all kits :)
