All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, usually in a flate rate envelope or small box, depending on the number of items in the order.

We want you to absolutely love your pieces from Fiona's Fancies. However, requests for return or exchange should be made within 10 days.

Custom orders are welcome.

I will be happy to rework pieces that need repair due to normal wear and tear for a small fee.
