Refunds and Exchanges For Prints - If you are not completely satisfied or your item was damaged in shipping, I will refund or exchange the print. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. For Originals - Refunds and exchanges are concidered on a case by case basis. I will do my best to work with each customer to ensure a positive buying experience. I ship originals with insurance, so if the item is damaged in transit you will not be out the price of the painting. Custom Orders and Commissions I do accept custom orders. Prices may vary from similar items in the store, depending on the complexity of the design. Custom orders usually take 2-8 weeks to complete.
