SHIPPING Shipping is at cost. If you want exact shipping for your parcel, email us what item or items you are interested in we can set up a custom listing for you with the exact postage for your parcel to your address. Otherwise we set shipping in the standard listings at the highest rate we have been charged for sending that item. Trying to set shipping rates is really a nightmare. There can be a huge difference from one postal code or zip code to the next. We are not in business to make money on shipping, but we are certainly also not in business to lose money on it either. WE SHIP Each Tuesday and Thursday for orders received in the previous days. During busier times we will ship daily. WE SHIP WITH Unless requested otherwise we ship with Canada Post, regular parcel in Canada and most often small packet to the US. We can also ship by Fedex if you prefer. This is something we can work into a custom listing. PAYMENT Payment is by Paypal, hyperwallet, money order, cheque or e-transfer for online orders. RETURNS Items may be returned within 30 days of original shipping date. Cost of return postage is at the buyer's expense. Refund for purchase amount is made by same method as payment. Or an exchange can be arranged if preferred by the buyer. Orders paid for by cheque or money order will be held till payment is confirmed. PAYMENT for custom order is made at the time of order placement. Email us your requirements and postal codeor zip and we will set up a reserve listing for you to purchase. If you pick colours for your items that do not turn out as hoped for we may be able to make a second choice of colours at Cheryl's discretion. Someone else may like your first colour choices better then you:) RETURN SHIPPING on custom orders is at purchaser's expense. To minimize this we will exchange numerous pictures of items as they are completed.
