FiredanceBeads' Policies

I only use the best soda/lime glass available - Moretti/Effrete, Vetrofond, Double Helix, CIM, Lauscha for the best results in: clarity, strength and intensity of colour. All my glass art is annealed in a computer controlled kiln for greater strength and durability. My Silver creations are handforged from Sterling Silver .925 and many pieces incorporate my handmade lampwork glass beads or cabochons. :) Feel free to contact me and I will gladly answer any questions you may have. Payment I prefer and use PAYPAL for all of my transactions. PayPal offers a variety of payment options for you to choose from. You can use a credit card, send an e-check or pay directly from your own PayPal account. PayPal also offers buyer protection to help ease your mind from the worry of sending money into a black hole. Shipping I use Canada Post for shipping. I normally ship within 48 hours of confirming your payment. Insurance is available at an additional cost as I will need to ship Priority Post. I can hold off on a shipment if you request an alternate mailing date or if you want to combine several items together. If you prefer an alternate shipping method please contact me so I can make the proper arrangements and work out the appropriate costs. If you are sending a gift to an alternate address, I can gift wrap for you and redirect the parcel to any address upon request. Unless requested I will ship to the confirmed shipping address attached to the PayPal receipt. Since I ship from Canada, there can be a delay at Border Services and Customs during times of heightened security. So far I've not had any shipments go astray although there have been some short delays at times. I very gladly ship to international addresses. Refunds and Exchanges I guarantee all my artwork, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact me within10 days of delivery to make return and refund arrangements. I will refund all of your money except shipping fees upon receiving my original art works. Additional Policies and FAQs I gladly welcome your special orders. I can use previous creations as a base to work from or try to create from your imagination. Most of the time the outcome is better than the work I use as a template. Since all of my glass art is unique the chances of exactly duplicating an item is nearly impossible. After creating your request I will send photographs of the finished work for your acceptance. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you are not obliged to accept the order. I will let you know at the time of rejection wether f I will make another attempt or simply walk away from the request.
