I will ship your purchase via the service that is most appropriate for the item.

SHIPPING COST
- in the USA: Insurance and tracking are included in my shipping prices.
- to Canada: Insurance is included, tracking is NOT available. If you'd like tracking on your package, please contact me for a shipping quote.
- all other countries: shipping charge is estimated. If you think it is not correct, please contact me for a shipping quote.

Insurance is included in the shipping charge and your item will be insured for the price you are paying for it. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items, so for larger and more expensive items I will require signature confirmation. If the item arrives to you and the box is clearly damaged, I suggest you refuse it so it is returned to me.

~~~~~~~~~~ REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ~~~~~~~~~~
I pack my works very carefully so they arrive intact. If the item arrives to you and it is damaged, please notify me within 24 hours of receipt. I will arrange for the item to be sent back, and will fix it and send it back to you. I will file a claim with the carrier and handle the claim process myself with minor assistance from you.If the item arrived to you safely but you would like to return it because you do not like it or have changed your mind, please notify me within 72 hours of receipt. I will refund your purchase price (shipping charge excluded) once the item arrives back to me safely and intact. You will be responsible for shipping it back to me and insuring it.

If I do not hear from you within 72 hours after you receive (sign for) the item the sale is assumed to be final.
